Bringing Balance Part 2

This week we are finishing up on our Balance series. This week’s video is all about “restriction”. I like to see my high raw veggies and fruits as an opportunity for vibrant health rather than as a restriction. I have found that the variety of foods I eat on a regular basis by far exceeds the variety consumed by those on a standard “American” diet. Do you find the same thing?  Bringing balance to the way we approach eating is just that, balancing our approach, the way we look at things, it does not mean having to compromise on our personal health boundaries, standards, goals or desire for quality.
