Did you know that the probiotics available in capsules and in yogurts only account for a small portion of what we need in our bodies for healthy digestion? Like a hundred vs. thousands of species?  And that’s not to mention sheer quantity at all.  Luckily for us what we eat can profoundly affect the balance and diversity of the bacteria that we rely on for digestion and health.
