  • This recipe looks really good. Would you share your recipe for making nettle/horsetail tea?
Also what is ionic silica? Where would I get it and in what form?
What form and how much boron, strontium & B12 drops would you recommend?

    Thanks a bunch!

    • Hi Nancy! I like to make it pretty strong with about a 1/4 C of leaves for a litre of water. I let it steep for a long time. When I am not using this I use chaga tea from the stovetop which I simmer on low all day when using. I have used the ionic silica, boron and strontium from Good State and the amounts are on their bottles, it is not very much. I mostly do this because I am sharing with my family who wouldn’t be so inclined to supplement trace minerals. I just got a B12 from Amazon that has methyl and adenosyl cobalamin from “global healing centre” but I have used the seeking health or the ones from holisticheal.com before as well. They have seperate ones for methyl, hydroxy and adenosyl so depending on what you absorb best you can customize. Hope that helps!

  • I listened to your recording about commercial almond milk. Thanks so much for do that; however, I couldn’t SEE anything but a black screen. I could hear everything and am happy to know that New Barn and Silk are your top two choices.

    • interesting! I have sent your comment to Rutger to see if he can sort out why it’s empty for ya. And yes the New Barn is my top choice for now.

  • Thanks for the helpful info, Steph!
