Help, My Probiotics are Making me Feel Worse

What an awesome question, I loved answering this one and had some serious fun with Sandy behind the camera because he couldn’t stop making faces when I was talking about bacteria. Check out the video and let me know what you think or if anyone you know has run into the same problem.

  • haven’t found a probiotic that helps. I have a hard time eating. Burning in the intestines below the navel.Losing weight and I don’t want to . Can you suggest anything?

    • I know this is not the easiest answer but… I would like to know if there is an infection of any sort. The symptoms you are describing could be a number of things but the important thing to know is that if you can identify specifically what is out of balance you can re-balance it. Some other things like even ascorbic acid (vitamin C) powder can cause this type of pain as well. If you want to work through it independently and are interested in taking a probiotic the 5 strain bifidum from Custom Probiotics or the bifidum only powder from Klaire Labs are a good place to start (very small amounts and work up).
