Things are fine with me and chocolate although I have my issues with it ethically and health wise sometimes.  I have gone in and out on my chocolate opinions.  So this video is more about knowing each of our own warning signs than about vilifying a particular bar or bean.

This week’s video is dedicated to Macey who asked “What Should I Be Eating if I have Blood Sugar Issues?”  I suppose there is a lot of information on this subject online and there are a lot of seemingly contradicting methods that seem to work.  Thing is, there are no “shoulds” and the best foods for each of us really depend on what is spiking our blood sugar in the first place.
