My son, Jasper felt a little rushed and put on the spot a few weeks ago in our webinar presentation and I promised him he would have the chance to create a video about stress for you. Stress negatively affects digestion, slowing motility which encourages the growth of unhealthy digestive bacteria. Stress can also actually come from digestion, either from poor absorption or an imbalance including digestive permeability. Jasper’s ideas in this video can be very helpful while dealing with the root causes of stress.
